The Authenticus system has now all the data recovered from the backup and it is running in an upgraded version and in a new location.

On 19-11-2023, we had an unforeseen event with the Authenticus server, which did not affect the disks. The data was recovered from the backups, the server was moved to a new location and a new version of Authenticus was installed to ensure greater stability. The process of transitioning to the new version has been accelerated, so the system is still undergoing some testing and adjustments.

At the moment, the Authenticus system is in read-only mode so that our technical team could finish the transition process.

We are sorry that it is disrupting your activities. We are making efforts so that the service can resume at 100% very soon.
